Standing Liberty Quarter Type 2
Standing Liberty Quarters were minted from 1916 - 1930
|
Here is a nice example of the Type 2 design in Extra Fine condition. All of the beads on the shield are visible and the breast is fully rounded but lightly worn. The leg is rounded but has flat spots above and below the knee. On the obverse, the surfaces are clean and the eagle does show signs of wear on the breast the right wing. There is a small rim ding at 3:00 on the obverse.
